Your subscription

Ares is a monthly subscription purchased at aresdeploy.com. Your plan covers the operator itself: lead follow-up, campaign management, the dashboard, chat, and both connections. There are no per-lead fees, no per-message fees, and no setup fee.

Managing your plan

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from the billing section of your dashboard at app.aresdeploy.com. Changes take effect immediately; invoices are available there whenever you need them.

Ad spend is separate, always

The cleanest mental model:
  • Your subscription pays for Ares, and goes to Ares.
  • Your ad spend goes from your card on file with Meta directly to Meta, at budgets you approved. Ares never holds it, marks it up, or routes it.
This separation is deliberate. Your ad account is yours; if you ever leave Ares, your campaigns, pixels, and history stay with you. The spend rules Ares enforces on top of this are covered in Budgets and spend safety.

Canceling

Cancel any time from billing. What happens:
  • Your operator keeps working until the end of the paid period.
  • Your data stays where it always lived: contacts and conversations in your CRM, campaigns in your ad account. Nothing is exported, held, or deleted.
  • Connections are revoked at period end, and Ares stops all activity.
Rejoining later picks up with a fresh sync of your accounts.
