This walkthrough takes you from a fresh account to a fully working operator: connected CRM, connected ad account, and a first conversation that teaches Ares your business.

Before you start

Have these ready:
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • Login access to your HighLevel account (or book a setup call and we will provision one with you)
  • Login access to the Meta account that owns your business’s ad account and Facebook page

1. Create your account

Purchase a plan at aresdeploy.com. When checkout completes you are signed in to your dashboard at app.aresdeploy.com automatically. You can also sign in later with your checkout email, either with a login link or with Google sign-in if the email matches.

2. Run the onboarding wizard

The first time you open the dashboard, Ares walks you through setup in order:
1

Connect your CRM

Link your HighLevel account so Ares can see contacts, conversations, pipelines, and calendars. This is the single most important step: the CRM is where lead handling happens. Details and permissions are covered in CRM connection.
2

Connect your ad account

Link the Meta account that owns your ad account and page. This lets Ares launch and monitor campaigns and pull ad leads into follow-up the moment they submit. Details in Ads connection.
3

Brief your operator

Open the chat and tell Ares about your business. The more context it has, the sharper its judgment. A good first briefing covers:
  • Your trade and the services you want more of
  • Your service area, by city or radius
  • What a good lead looks like, and what a bad one looks like
  • How booked out you are right now
  • Anything you never want said to a customer
You can skip a connection during onboarding and come back to it later from the connections panel on the dashboard. Ares works with whatever is connected and tells you what it is missing.

3. Let it run

Once connected, Ares starts working immediately:
  • New leads get a first response within seconds. See Speed to lead.
  • Existing conversations are read and tracked so nothing gets dropped.
  • Anything requiring judgment or sign-off lands in your approval queue.

4. Check back the next morning

Open the dashboard with your coffee. You should see lead activity, any pending approvals, and a short picture of what happened overnight. Clear the queue, skim the numbers, and get on with your day. That rhythm, a few minutes a day, is the intended way to run Ares.
